Reservations and Cancellations
- Reservations: By booking our snorkel services, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into contracts. You must provide accurate and complete information when making your reservation.
- Payment: Payment for our snorkel activities must be made in accordance with our current pricing and payment policies at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if the required payment is not received.
- Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policies in effect at the time of booking. We may offer full or partial refunds as appropriate, based on our policies.
Liability and Disclaimer
- Inherent Risks: By participating in snorkel activities, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with this activity, including but not limited to risks of injury, illness, or loss of property. You agree to take personal responsibility for your safety and release Seamind Experience and its staff from any liability in the event of injury or damage.
- Medical and Physical Conditions: You confirm that you do not have any medical or physical conditions that may prevent you from safely participating in snorkel activities. It is your responsibility to inform us of any relevant conditions prior to participating.
Intellectual Property
- Ownership Rights: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and other rights related to our services, content, and materials, are the exclusive property of Seamind Experience or the respective owners.
- Prohibited Use: You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit, or use any copyrighted material or other content in any way without our written consent.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These legal terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes or claims related to our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

Cancellation Policy: Wildlife Sightings
At Seamind, we strive to offer our clients unforgettable experiences in Bali’s marine beauty. We value and respect wild animals and are committed to providing opportunities to view and enjoy marine wildlife in its natural environment.
However, as with any wildlife observation activity, sightings cannot be guaranteed 100%. Marine life is unpredictable and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, food availability, and natural animal behavior.
Therefore, in the event that animals are not sighted during our snorkel activity, we understand the potential disappointment. However, due to the unpredictable nature of marine life, we do not offer specific refunds for lack of sightings. (Only in the dolphin activity in Bali do we offer a full refund if no dolphins are sighted.)
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations Within 72 Hours
At Seamind, we are committed to providing exceptional experiences and ensuring that every client receives the best possible service. To achieve this, we carefully plan our activities, assign staff, and allocate resources in advance.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes require the cancellation of a reservation. However, due to our planning and limited availability, we have an established cancellation policy to ensure the efficiency and quality of our operations.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance so we can make the necessary adjustments. This will allow us to offer availability to other clients and efficiently reorganize our resources.
Please note that cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable. This is because we have dedicated time, effort, and resources to secure your participation in the activity.
However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise, and we are happy to evaluate each case individually. If you have a special circumstance that requires cancellation within 72 hours, we recommend contacting our team to discuss available options.
Cancellation Policy: Weather Conditions
At Seamind, we prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our clients. We understand that weather conditions can be unpredictable and may significantly affect the snorkel experience.
If weather conditions are unfavorable and pose a safety risk to our clients, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the activity. The safety of our clients and the welfare of marine life are our highest priorities.
In the event that we cancel the activity due to poor weather conditions, we offer a full refund of the amount paid. We want to ensure that our clients are satisfied and understand that their safety and positive experience are paramount.
However, it is important to note that weather conditions may change rapidly and can only be assessed on-site and at the time of the activity. If weather conditions are uncertain or variable, our team will assess the situation on-site before making a final decision. If weather conditions are not ideal but do not compromise participant safety and the activity proceeds, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
Terms and Conditions for Seamind Sri Lanka Itineraries
The following terms and conditions apply to itineraries organized by Seamind, covering 5-day itineraries up to full programs of one week or more. By booking any of our itineraries, you agree to these legal terms. For any questions or clarifications, please contact our customer service team.
Reservations and Payments
- Reservations: When booking a Seamind itinerary, the client confirms that they are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into contracts. It is mandatory to provide complete and accurate information at the time of booking.
- Deposit and Full Payment: To confirm your reservation, an initial deposit of the corresponding percentage of the booked itinerary (as determined by Seamind based on itinerary length) is required. Full payment must be made at least 15 days prior to the start of the itinerary.
- Cancellation of Reservations: If full payment is not made within the established period, Seamind reserves the right to cancel your reservation without refund of the deposit made.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Itineraries
The following cancellation conditions apply to itineraries:

Cancellations with Less Than 120 Hours' Notice: If any individual activity within the itinerary or the entire itinerary is canceled less than 120 hours in advance (5 days), no refund will be provided. This policy applies to both individual activities and confirmed itinerary segments. No exceptions are considered, as resources and logistics will have been committed to ensuring your experience by this time.

Cancellations Due to Weather Conditions: If adverse weather conditions prevent the safe completion of an activity, Seamind Experience reserves the right to cancel or reschedule it. In such cases, we offer a full refund of the amount paid or rescheduling of the activity, provided that the cancellation is due to factors beyond the client’s control, such as the weather. However, if weather conditions are not ideal but do not compromise participant safety and the activity proceeds, no refund or rescheduling will be provided. Safety and quality of experience are our priorities, and we will take all necessary measures to ensure client satisfaction under the possible conditions.

Ticket Confirmation and Delivery
Final flight confirmation must be made at least 4 weeks before the departure date. Two weeks before the flight, you will receive your ticket, and our team will be available to address any questions and ensure you have all the necessary information for your trip.
